Each community is carefully selected and managed based on its potential for long-term operational stability, quality of care, and value creation through physical and operational improvements.

Mainstay's portfolio includes both owned and operated/managed communities as well as established partnerships with financing sources such as HUD, Fannie Mae, SBA, Berkadia, and regional banks.
